Privacy
Corpo Bingo has no accounts. You play with a display name and an emoji, inside one game, and that game is deleted 7 days after it ends.
What a game stores
- The display name, emoji, color and team each player picks. You don't need to use your real name.
- What happens in the game: stamps, confirmations, moves, points, and when they happened.
- Phrases players suggest, and whether the organizer approved them.
This is visible to the other players in the same game. Anyone with the game's link can join it, so share it the way you would share a meeting link.
What we don't collect
- No email, password, phone number or payment details.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No IP addresses in game data.
- Nothing from your calendar, chat, microphone or screen.
How long it's kept
A game's data is kept while the game is open (a day, a week or a month, as its organizer chose) and then for 7 more days, so players can look back at the results. After that it is deleted.
Games that ended before 30 September 2026, when automatic deletion started, are deleted 7 days after their link is next opened. One that is never opened again stays stored, because there is no way to look it up without its link.
In your browser
Your browser keeps a small record of each game you join, so you can come back to your board after closing the tab. It is removed after 31 days. Your light or dark theme choice is saved the same way.
Usage counts and error reports
We count games created, joins and finished games, with the mode, deck, board size, number of players and how long the game ran. These counts contain no names or other personal information. If the app crashes, your browser sends the error message and which screen it happened on, never the game link.
Who runs it
Corpo Bingo is a Cherry Technology LLC product. It runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and keeps short-lived request logs. Cloudflare is the only service provider involved.
